Prince Rupert

Frank, Ida and son Harry moved to Prince Rupert, BC from Atlin, BC


Frank, in partnership with Mr. Stewart, established ‘Stewart and Mobley Wholesale Groceries, fFruits and Produce’.   Frank was one of the founding fathers of Prince Rupert and became the MLA ( Member of Legislative Assembly ) representing the area in Victoria.   He died in 1920 a 49 years while serving in this capacity.

Frank and Ida had 2 children while in Prince Rupert, their daughter Cecile Josehine ( b. 1910 d. 1914 ) and second son Fanics Moys ( b. 1919 d. 1971 )
